About the Item
A refined expression of contemporary Italian design, this set of eight dining chairs—was designed by Lazzarini & Pickering for Marta Sala Editions, Milan, in 2016.
Each piece features a sculptural brushed brass bronze frame, formed in smooth, mirrored bends that echo one another with elegant precision. The structure supports a simple square backrest and seat, upholstered in taupe Perennials velvet, a high-performance textile prized for both its tactile richness and durability.
With their architectural silhouette and compact dimensions—55 cm wide, 51 cm deep, 68 cm high, with a seat height of 45 cm—the chairs are equally suited to formal dining, occasional seating, or use as accent chairs within a considered interior scheme.
Offered in good ex-display condition, the set shows minimal evidence of prior showroom use and has never been privately installed.

A 1960s Murano glass rabbit sculpture by the renowned Venetian glassmakers Ferro & Lazzarini.
This retro Murano glass sculpture combines the kitsch style of 1960s Italy with the exceptional Venetian glassmaking skill that has made the island of Murano so famous.
The main glass used in crafting the sculpture is uranium glass, which reveals a beautiful, soft lime-green hue in natural light and becomes luminous, emitting a bright fluorescence under UV light.
The piece is further decorated with a vivid blue ribbon of Murano glass, highlighting the rabbit’s back. Hand-applied details in vibrant scarlet red glass dot the paws, nose, and eyes, creating a vibrant composition of form and colour.
Measuring 10 cm tall, 6.5 cm deep, and 16.5 cm wide, it is in excellent condition with no chips or damage.
