Distinctive set of five bamboo rattan barrel back dining armchairs made in the manner and style of McGuire's toboggan armchair. The matching chairs feature a double caning on the back and arms conjoined to a gracefully curved rattan top rail crest. The exposed joints are reinforced with leather rawhide laces. The curved seat is topped with a loose seat cushion in a cream colored geometric patterned fabric. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with intact caning and lovely aged patina on the finish. Iconic profile and style from an estate in Napa Valley, CA.
