Augusto Savini, set of four 'Pamplona' dining room chairs, ebonized ashwood and red fabric, by for Pozzi, Italy, 1965.
Set of four armchairs in black lacquered ash and red suede inspired upholstery. A characteristic design; simplistic yet very strong in lines and proportions. Wonderful bentwood frame, starting from the front leg which runs over into the armrests and ends in the rear leg. The red upholstery makes a beautiful combination with the satin gloss wood. Aluminium elements on the back emphasize the tight and modern expression of the chairs.
