About the Item
Exceptional set of Danish Mid Century Modern dining chairs, designed by Erik Buch for Funder-Schmidt & Madsen, made in Denmark, circa 1950's. The set consists of six side chairs, constructed of solid teak, and teak veneer. All six are structurally sound and sturdy, however these do show some blemishes and flaws. Specifically some back rests show minor losses at the joint between the back and the frame, and signs of re-gluing etc. Some show minor dings and signs of age and use. Please see images.
While not in mint condition, again, all are structurally sound and sturdy, all are fully functional and usable as is.
Rare examples, offered and priced as a set of six.
