Six Dining Chairs by Mario Gottardi & Melchiorre Bega for Erno Fabry

About the Item

Set of six walnut dining chairs with seats and backs in slate gray leather designed by architect Mario Gottardi and produced by Melchiorre Bega Italy. These were exported to and supplied by Enro Fabry Associates of New York. Known as model 614 these chairs were highly regarded for their lightness and comfort. They were used in the dining room of the Grand Hotel Bristol di Merano which showcased the most exquisite design Italy had to offer. Price includes refinishing and reconditioning of leather.
