About the Item

Set of 4 antique Swedish flame Birch Biedermeier dining chairs with the distinctive curved seat back, carved central motif and gracefully curved sabre front legs. It includes 2 chairs and 2 carver chairs. The top grade flame veneers are brought to life by the sought after rich French polish finish and the seats are fully webbed. This makes them very comfortable to sit on over dinner. The images shown show the chairs before they are repolished so they will acquire a deeper lustre when fully repolished which may change the colour slightly. The images are taken in studio lighting and the colour is indicative only as the french polish finish will show slightly different colours depending on the lighting you set it in due to the reflective quality of the french polish. They will ship in the original fabric which must be changed on arrival as it is marked in places and so is ready for you to choose your final fabric on arrival. We can reupholster in your supplied fabric for an extra charge. The carver chairs will also be repolished before shipping. This will take approximate 2 weeks. A set like this is difficult to find nowadays so we are very pleased to offer it to you. We can reupholster in your supplied fabric for an extra charge if you supply the fabric
