Swedish Gustavian Bellman White Dining Chairs, Set of Six, Late 19th Century
About the Item
Set of six late 19th century antique Swedish Gustavian Bellman dining chairs with webbed seats and lovely brass style detailing on backrest and at the top of the pyramid legs. Very hard to find as a set of six or even four now. There is paint distressing/missing paint to part of the back of the legs on some chairs.
Very comfy to sit on and a very rare shape - they have seen a lot of life and the original paint is very distressed in places especially at the back. This just adds to their feeling.
They are structurally sound and they will ship in the original fabric ready for you to reupholster in your final fabric. We can reupholster for you in your chosen fabric for an extra cost.
We can repaint them for you in a color of your choice for an extra cost.
