This is a Joel Swivel Lounge Chair, originally designed by EOOS in Germany for Walter Knoll, and distributed in the USA by Coalesse. These particular examples were produced in 2010. Their design includes a two-piece frame constructed of plywood and steel, and these examples feature red upholstery. Their swivel bases are made of chrome-plated steel, and they have an auto-return mechanism.
