A rare armless "clam" lounge or slipper chair. Reupholstered in brand new sheepskin / shearling upholstery. Produced in Sweden, circa 1940s-1950s. Design attributed to Danish Arnold Madsen.
Previously attributed to Viggo Boesen, Martin Olsen and Philip Arctander.
Other designers of the period include Gio Ponti, Paolo Buffa, Jean Royere, and Vladimir Kagan.
