Danish Mid-Century Lounge or Club Chair in Green Mohair, 1940's
About the Item
Unique Danish lounge or club chair in the style of Fritz Hansen's Model 1518 made sometime in the 1940's. Superbly comfortable with round organic design and generous proportions and a charming and very strong presence to anchor any room. Spring coils in the seat and backrest. The original mohair done in an impressive diamond pattern. Fabric showing only minor signs of wear.
We are able to reupholster the chair at a very attractive price can recover in a 100% Australian merino lambswool or real shearling should you wish. Overall very good sturdy condition with the fabric in still clean usable condition.
