Danish Midcentury Large Scale Club or Lounge Chair 1940s
About the Item
Classic Danish large-scale club or lounge chair by renowned Furniture maker Lysberg, Hansen & Terp made in the 1940's. Super comfortable with coil springs in both backrest and seat cushion. Very solid and sturdy construction on a frame and legs of beech wood. Strong presence and great statement piece to anchor a large room such as the home library. Overall very good condition although the red wool fabric from Kvadrat fabric that was added at a later point shows minor signs of wear. We offer re-upholstery services on this chair at a very reasonable cost and would be happy to replace the fabric.
