Hippo lounge chair full upholstered Signed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl for Norr11. Model shown on the picture: Fabric: Barnum Bouclé 24 Fabric: large variety available Soft, playful shapes characterise this family of upholstered pieces, the Hippo makes a stylish statement in any interior setting. The Hippo Chair stands on two sturdy legs and a wooden profile connecting the seat and back which in Stark contrast to the soft shapes is hard-lined and strong. The Hippo series is influenced by the Hippopotamus mammal drawing upon its barrel-shaped torsos. Material: Seat is made in plywood & foam. Leg is made of pine & plywood. The playful Hippo series gets a softer touch with a fully upholstered version of the Hippo Lounge Chair. The characteristic leg profile of the chair is upholstered like the seat and the back giving the chair a warm expression with strong lines. Seat: Plywood and Cut Foam upholstered with Barnum Bouclé.
