About the Item

Exceptional upholstered lounge chair designed by Kurt Ostervig, for Ryesburg, made in Denmark circa 1950/70's. The chair features light brown, or tan, leather upholstery, on splayed tapered pole teak legs. The high back and low seat, with exaggerated rolled arm rests create a sophisticated profile, as well as being extremely comfortable. This example is in very fine , original, clean and ready to use condition, showing only inconsequential cosmetic wear, normal and consistent with age. Total H 42" x Arm H 21" x Seat H 17" x W 37.5" x D 30"
