A fabulous pair of clean-lined sculptural lounge chairs, circa 1950s. Expertly crafted, a fresh take on a classic slipper chair featuring low-slug Klismos form that envelops and hugs the sitter. Raised over a tight seat and seat rail with square tapering legs completing the look. Generously sized and cozy. Designed for today's new traditionalists who seek an updated look yet retain a connection to the past. Excellent restored condition. The wood displays wonderful color and movement. The finish demonstrates a rich depth and sheen. Expertly upholstered in a beautiful fabric accented with hand studded detailing creating a statement piece that is both fresh, classic and utterly desirable.
