About the Item
Amazing & Elegant lounge Set.
Designed by de Belgium industrial designer Rudi Verelst for Novalux.
The 2 swivel lounge chairs have a very distinct and iconic chromed wire-frame shell structure which are still in exceptional condition especially considering the 50 years of age the set has.
This wire frame, ball like structure could well have been inspired by the "Atomium" in Brussels, it certainly explains the name Atomic.
Obviously we have taken care about polishing the chrome wire frame structure of the chairs to its former glory and we have chosen a black boucle fabric when reupholstering the newly made foam cushions.
Also the the cast aluminium base has survived the age of time and only required good clean and quick buff to look the part.
An iconic but elegant looking center piece in your dining room or breakfast area.
