About the Item

Vittorio Introini Calypso Lounge Chairs. A timeless masterpiece designed in 1979 and manufactured by Saporiti in Italy. The chair features a waterfall-like leather seat with a round leather backrest. On the seat there is an extra visually draped padded cushion which provides extra comfort. The round backrest has playful diagonal stitching on the front. Seen from the front the chair has a minimalistic appearance and because of the waterfall-like frame it’s transparent too. The frame is supported by cylindrical slides made of steel. Reupholstered in a luxurious fabric by Dedar Milano. A rich textile, velvet featuring jacquard workmanship, an admired tribute to the appearance and tactile sensations of a tiger coat
