A confident, timeless, modern statement. An elegant and iconic pair of French Mid-Century Modern rattan basket lounge chairs / armchairs by Janine Abraham and Dirk Jan Rol, France, 1955. The original design incorporates the idea of a transparent framework revealing the inner architecture. Excellent original condition. The elegant basket seat shell is held by black lacquered steel frame. Manufactured by Edition Rougier.
