'Safari' Lounge Chair in Black Vinyl

'Safari' lounge chair, vinyl, lacquered wood, metal, United Kingdom, circa 1965
This well-constructed armchair has a solid appearance. The frame is made up of four cube-shaped legs and tubular cross connections. Another feature that is characteristic feature for safari chairs are the armrests that are made of thick straps that are nonchalantly draped between the backrest and the front legs. The softly contoured black vinyl is a nice compromise for the firm and straight lines. The seat slopes slightly backwards and therefore guarantees a comfortable seat.
Please note that this item is in used condition, the lacquered wood and lacquered metal show some signs of wear and use. The leather contains some scratches. For further details, we encourage you to reach out to our team of design specialists.
