Rare leather executive armchairs, designed by Horst W. Brüning in 1969
Two chairs available, price per chair.
The chair is a prototype and according to the former production manager of Kill International only very few samples were produced in 1969.
The chairs were left in their original condition. Structurally they show no damages albeit the leather upholstery shoes very strong signs of use. The leather due to age and fading is stressed and partially dry. For daily use we‘d recommend reupholstery for this ex eptinally rare piece. Please get in touch for reupholstery quote.
The chairs prior owner recieved both of them from Prof. Horst Brüning and before they both were part of Horst Brünings privat estate.
According to Prof. Brüning this chair type was only in production for only a few weeks and production was cancelled due to high manufacturing costs. Only very few chairs have been produced.
Metal Bases and metall work were executed by Habu Metallbau (Murr am Neckar).
The model never recieved an official modell name and did not even show up in catalogues of Kill products. It was only presented on a few commercial fairs and never went into mass production.
