About the Item

Beautiful modern leather and aluminum office chairs in original black leather. Higher back version. Designed in the 60s by Jørgen Kastholm & Preben Fabricius for Alfred Kill's KILL International. Alfred Kill established Kill International in Stuttgart-Fellbach, Germany during the middle of the 20th century and this FK 6725 Bird or Tulip Chair was the first winner of the Germany’s Gute Form prize in 1969 which helped draw the interest of modern furniture and home designers from around the globe. Extremely comfortable with a flexible fiberglass back this chair sits atop a sturdy chrome base and is wrapped in a black leather which remains in good condition with light wear as shown. Arm height 27". Six available. Priced individually.
