This is an antique rocking chair. An English, walnut framed armchair rocker, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1880.

Rich caramel hues dance beneath a wax polish finish
Shaped crest rail adorned with prominent carved ears in scroll motif
Tactile brushed cotton upholstery in a tasteful old moss green hue
Professionally reupholstered with a complementary golden brocade trim
Cushion pads adorn the swept arms, terminating delightfully in scrolled knuckles
Creating a striking flourish, the arm supports are crafted with pierced scroll brackets
