About the Item
The Mississippi Sofa (1965), designed by French master Pierre Paulin for Artifort, is a true design classic. Its modular, undulating form captures the rhythm of a meandering river, transforming any room into a space of elegance and movement.
Crafted with a sturdy steel frame, high-quality foam, and luxurious upholstery, the Mississippi combines comfort with timeless artistry. Whether as a striking centerpiece or a flowing arrangement along a wall, its organic curves invite both relaxation and admiration.
It was reupholstered in a Pierre Frey fabric some years ago.
