The frame is in good condition and has no major issues or signs of use or wear beyond normal age related insignificant signs of wear. The upholstery is vintage and will show minor signs of use, possible stains and things that don't show on camera because they are minor. Dates to the 1890s era. Measures 37 tall x 47.75 wide x 31 deep and seat height is 20 inches.
