Modeled after Eero Saarinen's Tulip series, The Arkana shell chair was designed by Maurice Burke in 1965 for the Arkana company in England. It features the classic aluminum hourglass base and eggshell fiberglass seat that have remained a prime example of timeless modern design since it's conception. base is cast aluminum with white, lacquer paint finish. Seat features swivel action and the shell is molded fiberglass with a reinforced plastic bonded finish. Available-4
