Mogens Koch MK-16 Safari Chair for Interna in Rosewood, Denmark, 1960s

$4,608.76

About

A foldable safari chair by Danish architect and designer Mogens Koch in rosewood. This chair was originally designed in 1932, but wasn't fully taken into production until 1960, by Interna as the MK-16 chair. The chair is made of a stained beech frame with a black leather seating, backrest and armrests. It comes with a matching loose cushion. The leather has beautifully aged. The brass rings that attach the seating to the frame are a great detail.
