A beautifully carved pair of Portuguese style walnut side chairs with pierce carved high arch crested backs, carved cabriole legs with scroll carved stretchers with shell decoration, and woven seats with detailed foliate upholstery. The pair date to the 20th century in very good overall condition, with minor surface edge rubs, imperfections, slight fade, and other minor wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: Each measure 46 in H x 21 in W x 19 in D, with 19 inch seat height. Ref: 8
