About the Item
A pair of 19th century asymmetrical side chairs in the manner of Gabriel Viardot. Original finish with nice glow to patina. Appears to be original fabric. In my research I Have viewed the same design chairs posted to the internet as Viardot? But, as I am not an authority on this particular designer / maker I am not able to confirm, therefore, I am attributing these to Viardot.
THESE CHAIRS ARE FOR RESTORATION.
One broken and repaired leg. Loss of fretwork to one chair back.
