Set of 2 primitive farmer chairs Germany, 1900

About the Item

These two primitive and very solid wood kitchen chairs have a very special charm. Painted several times over time they show a great play of colors in blue and look aged with dignity due to the signs of use. Made by hand from a farmer they still took the time to add an heart in the backrest as special design. These chairs were probably made around the turn of the century in southern Germany. Very special item, more a piece of art than an ordinary chair.
