Single Medea Chair by Italian Designer V.Nobili, 1955, Plywood

About the Item

A beautiful and famous Medea chair designed by Vittorio Nobili, in 1955. The plywood shell is veneered in teak with a beautiful grain, and is formed out of a single piece of thermo-formed wood, an innovative workmanship for that period. The black metal frame is connected to the shell by four brass buttons.
