About the Item
Handsome pair tuxedo style tall back slipper chairs with gorgeous wide tufted seats. These were re-upholstered about 10 years ago by a high end designer and the frames were lacquered black. One chair shows more wear than the other with spot and pills-new upholstery is recommended. We love the ample biscuit tufted seats along with the striking tuxedo styled tall backs, maybe a bit dated but was stunning when 1st done. I think they should be re-upholstered in something like a moody peacock blue velvet or how about a jeweled tone purple mohair-ohhhh la la.

- Condition:Reupholstered. Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. Pair of chairs are in nice vintage condition. Re-upholstered about 10 years ago and does show wear to one with spots and wear to fabric. Re-upholstery is recommended. Re-lacquered at the same time and still looks very good-only minor scuffs to legs.
