About

An extremely rare pair of 1940s slipper chairs with Lucite frames and deeply tufted seats and curved backs. These are one of the most iconic pieces from Lorin Jackson's 'Glassics' collection, which used the new Lucite material as an integral element in the frames of seating and cabinetry. These Classic wide and deep lounge chairs have wide curved backs and Lucite legs and scroll details. These have just been reupholstered with a very nice polished cotton in medium gray/brown.
