A very rare, superb quality early 19th century, Regency period slipper chair, or cocktail chair; very smart and comfy, newly recovered in the super-chic C&C Milano 100% wool Italian textile, exquisitely finished to perfection with patinated bronze studs over olive trim. Conveniently raised on its original gilt-bronze castors, allowing to pull it effortlessly to where it is needed. England, circa 1820. Why we like it English elegance meets Milanese chic: this beautiful little chair is a perfect combination of superb early 19th century craftsmanship and 21st century design, looking absolutely stunning covered in the super-chic C&C Milano 100% wool Italian textile. After all, no interior is ever complete without a fabulous slipper chair and this one is certainly among the best examples.
