About the Item

Elegante gruppo di sei seggiole “a rocchetto”, realizzate in noce tornito, risalenti alla fine del XVII – inizio XVIII secolo. La provenienza è riconducibile all’area veneta o, in alternativa, all’Emilia, sulla base di caratteristiche stilistiche e costruttive. Le sedute presentano gambe e traverse a rocchetto, con tornitura regolare e ben proporzionata. La linea è sobria ma solida, coerente con l’uso domestico formale del tardo Seicento. La tappezzeria, rifatta in epoca moderna (probabilmente tra gli anni ’70 e ’80 del Novecento), è in tessuto verde puntinato, fissata con una fila regolare di borchie decorative. Il tessuto mostra lievi segni del tempo e scolorimenti dovuti alla luce, ma è ancora in buone condizioni generali. ù Misure: Altezza totale: 103 cm Altezza seduta: 46 cm Larghezza: 54 cm Profondità: 48 cm Condizioni: Struttura solida e stabile. Le sedie sono state restaurate circa 40–50 anni fa. Non si rilevano attacchi evidenti da parte di insetti xilofagi; eventuali segni sono minimi e non strutturali. Le seggiole necessitano solo di una leggera manutenzione estetica (una passata di cera o un velo di vernice per ravvivare il noce).
