About the Item
"Barcelona Chair"
This iconic chair was designed by Mies Van Der Rohe for the German Pavilion at the Barcelona Exposition in 1929. Chrome on steel frame, camel brown leather upholstery with nine leather straps on the surface, eight on the back and double screw fastening on each ending.
This chair is sold with a set of new cushions in addition to the original ones. However, the original cushions should not be used, they are not soft and pliable as the foam is aged and a bit too stiff for comfort.
