Royal House Antiques Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this super comfortable, Timothy Oulton Designed, over sized Heritage brown leather Chesterfield sofa that is one of a pair Please note the delivery fee listed is just a guide, it covers within the M25 only for the UK and local Europe only for international, if you would like an accurate quote please send me your postcode and I’ll provide you with the exact price This sofa is as mentioned one of a pair, this is sofa number 2 and number 1 is listed under my other items, it is not included in this sale They were designed by Timothy Oulton, you can no longer purchase this model new, it has the extra large curved top arms which are amazing for resting a book with drinks and snacks on. They are very comfortable, they have fibre filled cushions which feels like feathers but retain their shape better In terms of the condition, we have deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished it from top to bottom, there may be some age and use related patina marks here and there but mostly its in fine order Dimensions Height:- 74.5cm Width:- 217.5cm Depth:- 113cm frame only, 117cm to the front of the cushion Seat height:- 41.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask Any questions please feel free to ask before you bid Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
