1900s Swedish Two-Seater Gustavian Style Gilt Velvet Sofa with Carved Decoration
About the Item
This wonderfully large and comfortable Swedish two-seater gilt sofa dates from the 1900s period and is designed in the Gustavian style.
The sofa features classic scrolling decoration with carved flowers and leaves at the centre and has a slightly curved back.
It is currently upholstered with a mid-blue cut velvet and deep feather filled shaped cushions. In good vintage condition.
A handsome sofa that would work well in both a living room and bedroom.
