Beautiful Sofa Two-Seat by Horst Brüning for Alfred Kill International, 1968

About the Item

Very beautiful two-seat sofa designed by Horst Brüning and produced by Alfred Kill International in Germany, circa 1968. This sofa is in excellent condition, without any signs of usage. The cushions and the entire body were newly reupholstered with a brown-cognac leather in high-end quality. Horst Brüning was one of the most famous designers in Germany. He is well known for his minimalist and modern design, made out of very high-quality materials. Brüning won a lot of awards and was one of the top designers for the furniture manufacturer Alfred Kill in Stuttgart in the 1960ies- 1970ies. As a professor at the University in Darmstadt, he taught his perspective of modern design, and his legacy was passed down to the new generation.
