About the Item
Four-seater sofa in solid Caviuna wood, recently redone tapestry in unbleached linen. The finesse and sinuousness of the wooden round section legs and armrests marks the elegance of the style of Giuseppe Scapinelli, one of the greatest Brazilian designers of the 20th century.
All in light curves, the structure softens the shape of the rectangular seat and backrest, giving an impression of floating to this large sofa. The additional originality of this piece lies in the back of its particularly worked backrest where Scapinelli plays with wood as a sculptor.
What makes it a sofa whose advantage is that it can be centrally placed in a space, and highlighted regardless of the angle from which it is seen, which shows the level of attention and ingenuity that its designer was capable of.
