Jacques Charpentier suede and steel sofa, 1970s - France

About the Item

Sofa attributed to Jacques Charpentier in light brown suede. It is composed of a brushed steel base, a structure and 6 cushions covered in a light brown suede fabric. Two armrests with brushed steel support complete the structure on each side. This extremely comfortable sofa can accommodate 3 to 4 people. It is a rare piece to place in your living room or waiting room or in an office. It is in good vintage condition with a nice patina. Some signs of wear on an armrest and parts of the sofa which in no way detract from the beauty of this piece. The seats are not sagging. Dimensions: Height : 80 cm Seat height : 40 cm Length : 207 cm Depth : 95 cm Will blend perfectly with the works of Martin Szekely or Alexandre Noll and furniture from Knoll International and also Joseph Hoffman. But also with Pucci de Rossi or François Arnal, Le Corbusier.
