Maison Regain, sofa, elm, fabric, leather France, 1960s
This sofa by Maison Regain is an elegant and well-proportioned piece within a simplistic construction that allows it to fit seamlessly into any interior. The designer decided to stay modest with decoration by implementing tufted buttons on the seat and armrests which add a textured look to overall design. The back is vertically structured by means of evenly spaced leather straps. The warm color of the fabric is perfectly in line with the tone of the elm.
Please note that the fabric is in fair condition with visible wear. Reupholstery is possible before shipping by our experienced craftsman and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
