Our shipper takes care to wrap each item and pack it safely therefore we have rarely had any issues with damage in transit. All items must be picked up within 3 weeks of order if buyer secures his own shipper. Sofa has a little wiggle front to back but is structurally sound. Upholstery is recently new but has a couple pea sized spots which are almost unnoticeable. Outdoor listing pictures might appear slightly darker or more red than the item does indoors.
