Nathalie Hedren, also known as Tippi Hedren, is an American actress and successful fashion model. Having a strong commitment to animal rescue since 1969, while she was shooting in Africa, she created the Roar Foundation, which enabled her to contribute to the protection and preservation of lions and tigers. Honoring her work and unquestionable talent, Ottiu designed the Tippi Mid-Century Modern twin seat. Upholstered in “cotton” velvet with elegant legs in walnut wood, this piece will look perfect in your dining room, giving it a glamorous flair. The Tippi twin seat is a lovely way to decorate any cozy space adding style and comfort.

Very exciting and quite rare 1970s three-seater sofa in the manner of Adrian Pearsall for the Strictly Spanish line. The sculptural shape, tufted arms and detailed, carved plinth base and trim are very unique, and the piece makes quite the statement piece! This is not your regular boring sofa, it is quite stunning! We also have the matching chair, sold separately. The woodwork is meticulously hand carved, original and gorgeous. The upholstery throughout the frame is in good used condition, all original. As pictured, the zipper on the seat cushion will need to be mended, and the upholstery and this seat could either be re-buttoned to maintain period look or be updated. Dimensions: Width: 96.46" / 245cm Height: 27.56" / 70cm Depth: 33.46" / 85cm Seat Height: 15.75" / 40 cm CONDITION NOTES Very good vintage condition. Age appropriate wear and tear. Looks great.
