About the Item
This Bauhaus-style sofa was produced by Hynek Gottwald in the 1930s. It has been fully restored with new mattresses upholstered in an easy-to-clean fabric. The wooden elements have been lacquered, and the chrome parts remain in their original condition with a light patina that highlights their age and authentic character. The frame beneath the seat has been sandblasted and powder-coated for durability and a clean, elegant finish.
