We are delighted to offer for sale this super rare, highly collectable circa 1940's fully restored Chesterfield sofa bed which is part of a set This sofa is one of a pair, I have the sofa bed and then a matching standard sofa, this sale is for the sofa mentioned above alone, with the other piece being listed under my other items This is the only sofa bed from this era I have ever seen, it has an exquisite patination that can only be achieved through honest age and use. The seat cushions are over stuffed feather filled, they have new fabric backings and feathers, the mattress is brand new and was custom made for this sofa, its coil sprung.
