About the Item

Joseph André MOTTE (1925-2013) & STUDIO STEINER (manufacturer). . Rare three-seater sofa, model 800, created in 1958, with a matte black lacquered steel frame and a straight back on an original base that is very rare (most were made with tubular bases). . A truly rare model. . Seat and backrest in good vintage condition and entirely upholstered in brown fabric, also in good vintage condition. . The sofa surround is made of white vinyl. . As you can see in the photos, some straps are missing underneath; I don't have time to fix them; they cost around fifty euros and are quite simple to attach. . A wooden board is positioned under the seat cushion, and you can sit on it without any difficulty; People have been sitting on it for over 20 years 🙂 . Dimensions: 180 cm x 75 cm high x 73 cm deep x 34 cm seat hight . Vintage conditions but so gorgeous and rare. . You can easily use another fabric if this one doesn't suit you.
