Royal House Antiques Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this lovely vintage Howard & Son's style sofa and armchair suite with distressed Kilim style upholstery Please note the delivery fee listed is just a guide, it covers within the M25 only for the UK and local Europe only for international, if you would like an accurate quote please send me your postcode and I’ll provide you with the exact price A very elegant and well made suite, made after the original bridgewater design by Howard & Son's, I have some original armchairs listed under my other items, they are £30,000 a pair! The frames are beech wood, the fabric some kind of Kilim design, they are super comfortable and look very cool In terms of the condition, the armchair is pretty much perfect apart from some fraying around the very base on the sides, the sofa is in very good order apart from one rough wear hole on the left arm as pictured and one mark on the left seat cushion, otherwise it all seems to be in good oder The frames alone for this suite would have cost a few thousand pounds so even if the new owner restores them with their own fabric its a very good deal, they have been more than priced in accordance with their condition Sofa dimensions Height:- 84.5cm Width:- 200cm Depth:- 102.5cm Seat height:- 49cm Armchair dimensions Height:- 84.5cm Width:- 200cm Depth:- 102.5cm Seat height:- 49cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask Any questions please feel free to ask before you bid Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
