About the Item

A beautiful Swedish folk art stool from the early 19th century. This stool has the original worn patina of time and use which can be noticed on the seat and the stretcher where the feet rested. The look and construction is very primitive but the stool can go many ways with decorating and use. This is a perfect piece for a wabi sabi style or modern look. This piece is stable and is rare.
