Antique Chippendale Style Piano Stool
About the Item
A smart and extremely well made antique Chippendale Style piano stool. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1890-1900 period.
It is of fine quality, the frame has beautiful carving, pierced fretwork under the corners and a pierced cross frame stretchered base. This is finished identically front and back, the upholstered seat lifts up to reveal storage space.
We have had the frame re-polished and the seat has been re-upholstered in a white cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for its age.
