A light-brown, vintage Mid-Century stool made of hand carved and polished Pinewood, in good condition. Brutalist wooden stool made in France, circa 1950s. Substantial and chunky seat with sturdy legs. This stool has an impressive violin shaped back with an oval shaped seat with great character and lines. Darkened patina and grain to the wood. Perfect for books or objects and can also hold a drink etc. Great stylish object fitting for any interior. Provenance: Originates from north east of France. Please note: This is a unique vintage item and has trace of use/storage and may have cracks/loss of paint.
