About the Item

This is a very well made, early 20th century stool or seat after Oscar Bach. This model in the Neoclassical style has a central female figure surrounded by c-scrolls. The relief matches on both sides of the handles (unlike most later copies that have no details to the underside). In our opinion this piece is far superior detailing to every similar piece we have seen "after or in the manner of" Oscar Bruno Bach.
